I would not worry about the unit differences but course content. Does 2 quarters of organic chem and calculus at UCSC cover the same material in the 3 quarter classes at UCLA? You need to fulfill UCLA’s transfer requirements not UCSC’s requirements. If you cannot complete the transfer requirements, you might have to wait another year and apply again.
Since the application is submitted, all you can do is your best at this point and see what happens.
