<p>Rejected but knew it was coming…I told my parents i was rejected yesterday lol because my housing message never changed. </p>
<p>I have 0 idea why I didnt get into TAG though…</p>

<p>I am confused, I was offered a spot on the waitlist (which is better than nothing), but I have finished my IGETC, and I tag’d. My GPA is 3.5, I don’t understand what happened. Is there any way to find out why I wasn’t accepted?</p>
<p>^ call them on monday to see why you weren’t accepted…ucsd is known for screwwing up.</p>

<p>I am noticing a trend, most people that have been rejected from UCSD got into another UC school, I am sure UCSD can see this and just rejected you based on the fact they knew you had a plan B. UCSD was overwhelmed this year with transfer students, I heard something like 17,000 transfer students applied and they only had 2300 seats, so anyone that has already been admitted to another UC probably got pushed down the priority list. But what I don’t understand is why some people got rejected with tag/igetc, sounds like an application problem.</p>

<p>Lol nvm I got waitlisted ***? I got accepted at Cal/UCLA/Davis but waitlisted at UCSD. I think they got overflooded with TAG students this year.</p>

<p>But I completed all math classes and my econ classes don’t seem to transfer (the econ classes of the nearby community college do though, strange!)</p>
