possibly if i am admitted, i have a 2 yr old and a 4yr old.

@alexa

you always have the cheaper option of living off campus, too.

looks like many of you have made the smart decision of steering clear from this thread for a couple days after coming to find there were no updates on saturday. i think i need to do the same, all this frustration is getting the best of me. it’s been over 3 weeks since the last batch
im so over the waiting game

can u believe this? I turned my application for UCSD in 2010 november like everybody did
and I turned my application for University of Illinois in march 1st 2011

and guess what? University of Illinois already gave me the answer ~
but UCSD never.

I can not believe this…

by the way, I just checked today and I got accepted to Univeristy of Illinois U.C
yea~~ come on UCSD ` and other UCs ~~~~

Zamboni, you’re right I have that option, I wasn’t complaining by any means. I don’t know how much apartments are in that area (I live in LA). But going off of going rate for 2 bedroom apartments up here near a college campus it is definitely cheaper than finding my own housing. It’s kind of a bummer because UCSD is one of the few UCs that doesn’t have some sort of subsidy for family housing but they do for daycare/preschool.

@LizFromHollywood- You should apply for daycare/preschool now. you can find it online- get on the wait list. At least that’s what I did and I haven’t been accepted (yet…haha, crossing my fingers).

I ain’t living in some “village” I’m gonna live off campus with a friend hopefully.

That’s it…somebody lock this f u c k i n g thread until something worth talking about surfaces! It is an ungodly distraction for each time a new post is made here!!!

someone’s mad…“ungodly” is strong word.

dont blame this thread. blame yourself for being ungodly impatient

***ucsd, this is ridiculous

I’ve read through practically all the pages, it’s hilarious.

I’m glad to know there are more TAG students out there who haven’t gotten their acceptance letters yet. I wish I knew if UCSD was coming in 3 waves or 2 because that would ease my mind just a little. TAG is guaranteed right?! Then why do I feel so uneasy T__T

UCSD is my priority and I know for a fact that when they release the decisions, everyone I know will go ape **** and ask me to check my app. I’m just chillaxing until they release it because stressing just makes it worse.

I know what you mean, same goes for me. Good luck! I hope you get in :)

lol I gotta stop being so blasphemous haha

It’s funny though - because once spring break gets here and all these mid-terms are over this week, I’m not even going to be thinking about acceptances, and then all of the sudden all UCs, except Berkeley, will have released their decisions. Thanks vodka and beer pong :)

are all of you worrying non-taggers?

If you guys are taggers all that stressing is really unnecessary.

Non-tagger :[

It’s not unnecessary if you tagged as a bio major!

quick question!!!

when I was in high school I took two courses at a random community college just for the hell of it to figure out what I wanted to major in, however I ended up stopped going.

Did I need to report this on my transcript for Foothill/De Anza when I actually entered and became a full time student at a community college on my application if they were from before I was an actual full time community college student?

^^

whether or not it was a transferable class, you have to report it.

i’m on a cruise ship in the mexican riviera and i’m paying .75 per minute just to check my status
this internet is so slow… :(
