<p>I think the process is in batches now as far as actual administration decides. Like for example, they decided on a “batch” of applications last week, and this week. </p>

<p>The final release will be multiple “batches” in one. I expect the next release to be the remaining entire transfer decisions.</p>

<p>The first two batches were probably just certainty. People they knew would SIR and maybe also mostly local San Diego applicants.</p>
