UCSD Acceptance

so why some of us are able to sign up while some of us are not?
by what they judge us???

We have no idea.

Hopefully not grammar…

For the record. I am a TAG student. Was able to sign up for transfer admit day as of today.

wow… So many TAG people can sign up. this is kinda ghetto for me.

I just tried dude, I can’t sign up for it.

Can any other TAG people not sign up for it?

Fenris, you won’t be accepted so just give up and join the army.

Still no news, can’t do transfer day either.

PENDING!

If a course you’re taking doesn’t articulate to UCSD, can you still receive general credits from the respected department?

Say I take ENG 150 at my university worth 4 sem credits

If UCSD doesn’t have the equivalent, will I get 4 general ENG credits, or will all those credits be lost?

^ They will be lost.

I don’t understand - why didn’t you guys apply for TAG?! ITS GUARANTEED and the requirements are minimal!

So I just called UCSD Admissions and I asked if they would be able to look at my application… and they said no. Ok… so how did you make a decision on my application… She kept telling me to check on myapplication for the status, which i already know, which i already did. I can’t see certain things on myapplication. Goddamn.

Are all admissions officers this stupid? I wanted to ask if my transcript the CC sent to UCSD has the language requirement on it because I didn’t see it on my transcript but they said it would appear… Sounds ■■■■■■■■.

Please UCSD, put an end to our misery!!!

Anyone know how is UCSD aid comparing to UCLA? I am still pending for SD but just wondering…If I get more aid from SD then I may as well stay in SD lol

i don’t know of the general trend, but i know many people (unfortunatly not myself) who got into Cal and UCLA with little aid but got a full ride at D,SD,SB

hope this helps,

UCLA and UCSD both offered me the same amount in aid.

lucky you :)

@marshmellow how did you check it for ucsd? do you have to be accepted first?

I have poor parents to thank for that. I knew it would be useful one day, haha.

And yes, I couldn’t check until I was accepted.
