<p>@grimes go to ucsd. Click on current students tab then login. Then go to the Financial aid which can be found on the left side. And then there, thats what showed up for me.</p>
<p>Hey when I click on that link above, it shows that I am already signed on. It gives me the option on the to right corner to “sign off.” I used a computer that I have never used before to look at my UCSD app. Strange…</p>
<p>When I click on “view and pay your students bill” it tells me to type my UserID and password. After I do this it says that my username or passwords are invalid. Strange…</p>
<p>I THEN logged into my account found my way to what i think is the right site (the one that was linked) and I have a Permission denied…</p>

<p>First of all as far as authorizing a parent and not being able to do so “until you accept admissions offer”, it doesnt mean anything because I actually just authorized a parent. So the fact it tells you you cant yet doesnt mean anything.</p>
<p>Also, of course its going to deny us if we login on our main page because we are not an authorized parent.</p>

<p>I just added/authorized a parent payer. So the fact you got denied is not a sign of anything.</p>

<p>I used to not be able to see my financial aid page at all though, and now my name pops up and the boxes are checked, except for the direct deposit one. But the “add a payer” thingy doesn’t seem to mean anything.</p>
<p>I still don’t get how anyone can see their financial aid unless they’ve been accepted.</p>
<p>No I can’t see the actual amount of money, but it tells me my application for finaid is ready and they will send me an email when I have been awarded. A few days ago I could not see the page at all.</p>
<p>I have: “We don’t have a record that you have completed a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the year you have chosen.”</p>

<p>Okay… UCSD scared me last night. Just for kicks I tried logging in Aventeur and it gave me this error. </p>

<p>Umm, scary much. Called up the admissions office and the lady did not know what was up, she advised me to call up the number behind the Aventeur website to find out. But I really don’t want to log in anymore, hahaha.</p>

<p>How can they get mad at you for logging into a ucsd website though? Does it really say somewhere in the student rulebook: “thou shalt not log into aventeur, do no even ask about it or you shall be dealt with”</p>
<p>It seems to me like they’re trying to plug the leaks :x Hahahaha. I’m sorry we had to ruin it for the next batch of neurotics. Lol. No more housing/Aventeur! Although Aventeur was never really a sign hahah.</p>
