<p>I think you need a transcript from any school where you were enrolled in a class, even if you never earned a grade including a W. Send a letter of appeal to USCD explaining that you were not aware of that and have the CC send an official transcript, even if it only says you were briefly registered there, to UCSD. It seems that UCSD has revoked the acceptances of many students for this type of oversight but it also looks like most of them are being reinstated after sending the missing transcript and sending a convincing letter of appeal.</p>
