There is honestly nothing to decode beside the CSS specifications(the style information that makes the HTML markup look pretty eg. font size/color - the stuff you have on your Microsoft word). I will try to copy and paste the code onto a program to see what I get. I’m sure it is nothing though.

@sodapop027 Yea, but no. I definitely acknowledge your findings as it is very interesting. I wouldn’t have thought anyone would find something so specific as HTML code on a website lol. The comments (in green code) that the UCSD programmers included is even more suspicious.

Ohhhhh!!! I sense a system update --> decision date already??? Or maybe they are just fixing their housing application/privileges.
On second thought… I doubt UCSD programmers stay up this late to fix the housing glitch. It could be something important lol.

I read code as well and I couldn’t find anything distinct in the source code of my welcome page… But our individual pages’ coding differs… Like some of you can find words like “Waitlist” and “letter” but they don’t show up others’ pages. The coding for the welcome pages varies with each applicant, so I think that might be a sign of something? 
Well, results come out in about two days, so I guess we should stop scutinizing every possible indicator. 
Guys if it doesn’t happen on the eleventh I swear I’m going to lose my mind.

I looked at the source code for my portal and I don’t have anything about reject, waitlist, or accept like other people have been noting, but I do have the code associated with the letter…
How do you find the source code that you all are talking about? What do I do when I go on my applicant status page?
Right click on your browser. Then you should be able to see inspect element (google chrome). Once you’re in, you should be able to see a button with three dots in vertical form on the top right corner within the new window that opened up when you clicked inspect element.
Then you should be able to click on search. On the bottom leftish corner you should see a search box.
Search accept, wait list, reject, etc
