If someone got the “decisions will be posted march…” Message does that mean he/she got rejected?
please be new batch!!! my portal is down as well. davis blessed me, but ucsd my #1 choice

It let me log in finally but no decision
I just called admissions. She told me that message does not mean rejection just they are still releasing,
Does anyone if for previous years the decision were all released on one day or spread out???
