Is it true that only Stem/ impacted majors will come out today? I applied as psychology so will my decision be later ?

Is Psychology an impacted major? Based upon the posts in this forum, they posted impacted majors first last year.
@VPDad that’s the kind of question @Gumbymom sometimes knows the answer to. I don’t know myself. I’m curious whether Cognitive Science is an impacted major. Also, is there a difference between an “impacted” major and a “capped” major?

Public Health
Jacobs School of Engineering – all majors in these departments:
Bioengineering
Computer Science and Engineering
Electrical and Computer Engineering
Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering

Structural Engineering
Last year UCSD did decisions differently by accepting capped majors first. Previous years, all majors and all decisions were released at the same time. I have no idea if they will follow the same pattern as last year or prior years???

@dancingsloth That is not true. You may hear today, All freshman/all majors have a fair shot at hearing today.

The website says there is planned service maintenance between 1-2 pm today. We’ll know if decisions are to follow within a few hours.
