<p>i’m a computer engineering major with about a 3.0. UCLA rejected me, but an adviser at my school today told me is wasn’t because of my GPA it was because i’m not taking any classes towards my major. i hate SB now for having read their website that if you aren’t 100% sure on what major you want to take, then take other classes and try filling up your GE’s first(i’m a UC student already). i guess that puts me even further out of the loop with everyone from CCs and all their TAGs.</p>
<p>Yeah, joe, I really wish it was more like back home. Never had a problem finding someone to go out drinking with. Here? Most everyone here is religious, don’t smoke weed, or drink.</p>
<p>These kids are square. I had to explain to them what it meant to slang rocks, or what it meant to get faded…</p>

<p>no, right now i’m at santa cruz. but when i looked at santa barbara’s admission site it says the thing about taking your GE’s. so i applied there and i stupidly finished out my GE’s rather than taking more classes for my major.</p>
<p>Oh no, there are parties off campus. But they’re house parties. House parties with nerds. Nerd’s I try not to associate with while I’m on campus.</p>
<p>Luckily, I’ve made friends with contacts at SDSU. So I just tag along to their parties. Far better if you ask me.</p>

<p>I can’t help it. I know I wasn’t going to get results but as each day passes, you get more and more anxious and you start noticing every little difference and making a big deal about it. Now that is 11 minutes away from April 30th, I’m in that insane boat with the rest of those waiting</p>
