Admitted to UCLA! (: I’m still waiting on UCSD though since I’m from SD.
Congrats to those who got in to UCLA as well! For those who got wait listed or denied, UCLA is missing out! I have a good feeling that you will get into UCSD or into whatever school you were meant to end up at. It will all work out. 
Keep your chin up, guys!!! We’ll know very very soon!
Accepted to UCLA and would like to wish everyone the best of luck on here, especially those who are on the waitlist. If I get in to UCB I’ll email UCLA to withdraw my application and hopefully open up a slot for someone who deserves it the most.
Welp UCLA didn’t like me … ok SD and Berkeley you guys are my last hope!!
I had to take an extra year of classes for applying to UCSD and I could have got in to UCD last year if I applied. SO UCSD is important for me to get in cause all of the class would be just a waste of time. And the administration are killing me to wait 2 more days. I need to knowww if I got in cause I got into UCD and UCR and need to make my planssss!
@Princetonian9 no, I went on their website and this is what it says “Unfortunately, no. Applicants invited to be on UCLA’s waitlist are identified prior to the release of decisions, as part of our overall transfer admission selection process; applicants themselves cannot request to be placed on the waitlist.”
Gosh, I’m a bit sad I did not get accepted BUT I am super happy I may still have a chance at being admitted… and so the waiting game begins…

today the rear breaks on my car locked and it had to get towed, ANd kanye trash! so who wanna buy my yeezys. this week will be really bad if ucsd rejects me!
why do I feel like being waitlisted at UCLA is the same as being rejected… Oh well, aha.
@jayshah12 I had a friend that was waitlisted last spring at UCLA and she ended up getting accepted. You never know what will happen

@Wolf18 see I was like yeah there is hope if I send a real good waitlist reason, but than I forgot UCLA is the number one most applied college in America, and how the waitlist is not just between transfers but the Freshmen class too 
. Basically alot of people to beat in the race, but always keeping fingers crossed.

Keep your SD app in or at least lie to us!^ Unfortanatley, I was rejected from UCLA and now it’s got me admittidly nervous waiting on a decision from UCSD. I’m transferring from Georgetown and I thought getting in there was tough. UC really knows how to make a guy sweat!
I somehow got into UCLA so I’m gonna withdraw my UCSD app. Good luck to you guys!!

@garretts25 Out of curiosity what were your EC’s?
My GPA is 3.7 and I work 40 hours a week as a software engineer for a local startup, but I didn’t even get waitlisted to UCLA, just flat out denied. Maybe CS major is just that competitive.
