UF '23 chance me

25% of all enrolled freshman (who submitted ACT scores) had a Composite score less than 29. Of course, that’s not the case in the honors college.

For enrolled freshman students in the fall of 2017, below are the ACT tests score ranges. The 25th percentile (the score that 25 percent of the freshman population scored at or below) and the 75th percentile score (the score that 25 percent scored at or above):

ACT Composite 28 32
ACT Math 26 31
ACT English 27 34

As you can see, 25% of all enrolled freshman had a 28 or lower composite score, 25% had a 26 or less score in Math, and a 27 score in English.

On the other hand, only 4% had a composite score of 23 or less. Hopefully the poster was able to improve their ACT score.

Data is available in section C9 of the common data set.
