I just want to say that UGA is probably better while also putting facts into context and being honest: UGA is 58. That’s not top 50. It’s good, but stay honest. The mid-50 range for ACT has a high end of 31 and a low end of 27, which means that plenty of people get in w/below a 30 (and then this gives you the median, not the average. It can be skewed either way. Like our median is 1399-1400 but the average is in the 1370s somewhere, and maybe 1380s in a good year). Also, don’t bring up admit rates. We know that UGA and Tech have (or had) similar admit rates, but one is clearly harder to get into. That would be like me saying that since Chicago has a higher admit rate than Vandy or Duke, it is less competitive/well off academically. You have to look at who is applying.

Also, Grad. school ranking will not help your U-Grad experience unless you pursue involvement in it somehow. However, I am willing to bet that UGA is better for pre-vet. Also, why was the first thing you mentioned about how you plan to rush? Of course both would be good for that. That should have been irrelevant. Go to UGA if you want potentially better academics while not being too rigorous to get in the way of greek life (honestly only a few schools are that rigorous).
