<p>The problem occurs whenever you change ANY piece of information between the years - even changing the box you select for receiving college information via email/mail (“Yes” or “No”) can cause a new profile to be created. (I know from personal experience…)</p>
<p>It’s not hard to fix though - just get out your old score report and the new one you received, get the AP numbers for each year, and call the number on the score report sheet for customer service. They’ll combine your scores and send out a new report to the college you selected on your sheet free of charge, if you selected one on test day.</p>
