Hi happy in the sun! I am currently in the process of applying to the GPPA dental program and was told that only 2 to 5 people get in every year. I have an unweighted GPA of 3.91 and a weighted GPA of 4.4. I’ve done about 40 hours of dental shadowing and wrote an essay about how my experience with my grandmother who lost all of her teeth due to her dentist’s lack of care when extracting her tooth. I also founded my school’s medical club, am president of the Student Council, vice president of Key Club and DECA, as well as a member of 4-5 other clubs. I am fluent in Gujarati and volunteer at the hospital and my temple. I am also an instructor at Mathnasium and have several other extracurriculars. Would you say my chances of getting in are high? Also, did you apply to Marquette’s pre-dental scholars program?
Thank you!!
