<p>I’ve lived in Champaign, visited GT. One is in a large city you can take advantage of. Urbana-Champaign is focused around the university. You would get a more traditional college atmosphere (bubble) there. Plenty to do, but all of it associated with the University. You can go to Chicago by train if you get desperate.</p>
