<p>question-- If I’m a Canadian but I went to high school in US. Am I considered part of the “Canadian pool” when I apply?</p>
<p>I’m not sure really, but if you’re in the US with a green card, then you would be considered domestic. If you’re on a student visa, you should also be considered as domestic because the application asks about what visa do you hold if you’re not a US citizen/resident.</p>
