I am a student at Pitt nursing hopefully transferring to Umich.
Tuition, location, and vibes are just on point at Michigan. Pitt has been pretty lonely. If I have to make it work - anything to become a nurse! I am so grateful to be here but will transfer in a blink of an eye if I get into Michigan. Nervous, but whatever news we get we can handle! That being said, I hope they release it soon because of planning for next semester starting already

I’m a re-applicant this year. Last year, I got my decision (rejection) on March 30th. I can imagine we will get our decisions sometime this month. We can do this! Just have to hang on a little longer.

I have applied Michigan LSA and been rejected, but everyone else in my family has been accepted lol. This was before I knew I wanted to be a nurse. Then I had taken a gap year. So, I don’t have a ton of confidence but it’s worth giving a shot. My stats are very good but I noticed that for Michigan it doesn’t guarantee anything. Their admissions are very holistic and you never know if they are going to put more emphasis on ECs or essays. Keep me updated, I hope our answers come sooner than March 30…

I’m a Sports Management major!
Entering sophomore with 38 credits & 18 in progress. My GPA is relatively low, only a 3.44 & my high school GPA was around a 3.7/4.3 (I was rejected as an LSA applicant then).
1 LOR & very strong extracurriculars and essays in my opinion. Let me know if you have any other questions!

yeah of course! I am an out of state applicant coming from a private university. I will be a sophomore in LSA. I have a 4.0 currently and have 25 completed credits currently. My gpa from high school was a 3.7. I had a rec letter (cant remeber if I had one or two) and some extracirruculars.

My daughter was accepted an hour ago to the LSA program. She will be an incoming sophomore. She is coming from an out-of-state private university with a 4.0 GPA and hs GPA 4.0 unweighted. Good luck to all!!
