My brother got into UMich last year and he received an email when his application was ready.
What do u mean by application ready… i also got an email from u of m initially after they rcvd all docs that i qualify for EA…
When his application was ready to view or at what time it would be ready to view at.

We suspect that decisions MIGHT start today at 3 pm est. Let me say that again. Today, Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at 3:00 PM (15:00) is the absolute earliest they will be released. If not today, then just wait until tomorrow.
