CBS should be fine.
You can check out the admitted student profile I posted upthread to see which is “better” in terms of selectivity. CSE is the most selective college, then CBS with perhaps Carlson close on the tails, then the others. CLA is probably a bit more selective than CEHD/CFANS/CDES.
CLA grants the Bachelor of Arts which is a more general degree than CSE’s Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering. Doesn’t mean it’s “more easy” as a biology or chem or physcs or math major in CLA has the same requirements as one in CSE. The difference is that CLA allows you to take a variety of other courses of interest commensurate with the liberal arts goals of the college. CSE, on the other hand, requires a lot of techincal courses. Either might be the right course of study - it all depends on what you are looking for in your education.
