my DD19 is in CSE Honors. She had a 35 ACT and UW GPA of 4.0. She does not live in the honors dorm. She is taking Honors calc 3 and honors physics. She is enjoying the classes, but I have to agree that all CSE students are high achieving and I am not sure that Honors provides her with much additional benefit. There are many opportunities to get experiences and support outside of Honors College at the U of MN.
