Hello all!
I am a first-year at UNC and I can confirm that it has been commonplace for admissions decisions to be released on the last Thursday or Friday of January. Last year, they were released on Friday the 27th. Since it is released via portal, there will probably be connection issues for some. To avoid this, make sure you are one of the first ones to login and check your decision! They are almost always released around 4PM, for what it’s worth.
