Yup. Wasn’t expecting a yes OOS.
My son got accepted to the Global Launch program via Veritas University, w/ acceptance on campus for Spring 25. What does that even mean? He just applied early decision, for regular acceptance?
it means he will go to Veritas for fall 2024 and enroll at UNC starting spring 2025, this is usually because UNC admit some people to fill in the space for winter graduates
S24 rejected. 34ACT, 3.91 UW/4.44 W
It means he is accepted, but he has to spend his 1st semester at the Veritas University in Fall 2024, then back at UNC Spring 2025. Congrats!

Looking at everybody’s OOS stats that received a rejection is tough. It really just goes to show you what a crapshoot/lottery it is for OOS applicants. Everybody in this thread is fully qualified, imo. Good luck to all the applicants. A lot young adults on their way to success, wherever that may be, imo.
Rejected. 3.9 out of state.
