Undecided STEM girl with non-perfect stats

Ohio State’s cost would come down to under $40K if she’s top 25% of her class and at least 29/1330 on ACT/SAT - automatic National Buckeye scholarship. http://undergrad.osu.edu/cost-and-aid/merit-based-scholarships

Purdue is just over $40K out of state and top 10 USNews if she’s truly looking at Engineering (my daughter’s a sophomore there). The other programs probably aren’t as strong (other than business).
