There is a correlation, but oftentimes it’s just the shadow from the undereye aging and fat underneath bulging a bit. That’s why the filler alleviated the problem above.

I have terrible under eye circles, thanks to my dad and his side of the family. I’ve tried many things over the years, including cle de peau but the product I’ve liked best is bye bye under eye by It Cosmetics. I’ve used both the Laura Mercer (although it sounds like an older product as it wasn’t a 3 in 1) and Bobbi Brown which were both fine but Bye Bye Under Eye has been the best so far. Not really in the market for something new but good to know about the Benefit products.
