Biology is not really a good fallback in terms of major-specific job opportunities if you do not go to law school, since you will be competing with numerous failed pre-med biology majors for those major-specific job opportunities.
Also, expect a high degree of grade competition in biology major courses because of all of the pre-meds competing for A grades that they need to keep medical school admission a possibility.
