<p>Student is a guest of that Locale, guest of that State, guest of the United States. Student should not abuse the priviledges of being a guest by being active politically. His guest status in the United States is assumed to be a student visa and thus his first and primary purpose is to Learn and Think, not espousing politics. </p>
