Unfair Expulsion from a community college.

Student is a guest of that Locale, guest of that State, guest of the United States. Student should not abuse the priviledges of being a guest by being active politically. His guest status in the United States is assumed to be a student visa and thus his first and primary purpose is to Learn and Think, not espousing politics. </p>

<p>He may have no standing. Explusion is fair.

<p>Not that I agree with this analysis, but did I miss something? I don’t think this has anything to do with politics. </p>
