<p>Depends on each girl’s preference. My daughter doesn’t like long skirts (or wanted to spend the money to buy the mess dress), so she wears the full dress gray over white. Both were seen at the “hop” during Plebe-Parent Weekend, although the female cadets had a black jacket, not the white that is shown in the picture.</p>
