They didn’t say anything about re-applying. I will probably call tomorrow, see if I can do any last-minute groveling, and get some clarification.
However, I don’t think I will re-apply. It seems like if this is how things are then it just wasn’t meant to be. I want to be in a program that supports me, and works with mistakes rather than just dismissing me.
I have some other options and will apply elsewhere just making sure to include everything.
