Units allowed per quarter

So, what you’re saying is that it’s dumb to disagree with a UCLA student who finds 4 science classes at UCLA to be “not that bad”, when I already have close friends in the science classes I want to take, telling me that 4 science classes is a GPA killer? Obviously I was exaggerating with the 98% thing, but what you don’t seem to realize is that UCLA science classes are HARD. All I’m saying is that it’s not the wisest thing to do to advise a freshman to overload their schedule with some of the hardest classes at UCLA, when that person might be way below your own level of academic comprehension. It’s really redundant to create a stressful schedule that might ruin your GPA when you can easily finish your major with 3 classes per quarter and one summer class per summer, while still having enough time to prepare yourself for the MCAT (if you’re a pre-med).
