UC top 9% is not current class rank. It is from UC recalculated GPA meeting a benchmark top 9% UC recalculated GPA from a recent previous class at the high school. The most common campus offered is UC Merced.
Non impacted majors at non impacted CSUs in California will admit at 2.5 GPA for residents, 3.0 GPA for nonresidents.
