You will get cal grant or university aid for tuition, not both. However you may likely get extra university aid to cover non tuition. But if you get cal grant it won’t be extra, it will replace university grant. Cal grant covers all tuition, it is not a situation where you get more if you have higher gpa. You get all or nothing.
Cal Grant is included as part of the total grant estimate.
