If the early reported grades will be on the final transcript, I see no reason not to list them if you want. Since the majority of applicants will not have any Senior grades to list on the application by the deadline, it is more of general advice to report In-progress and Planned for Senior grades.
UC’s do not have a A-G summary like the CSU apply but the UC’s will review all applications regardless of meeting the minimum requirements or not.
CSU’s will deny applicants that have not met the minimum A-G requirements and do not offer admission by exception.
