Merit will only start to send out in new year. Honor decision will be released by Feb according to portal but not sure if it will come early along with merit in new year.
Last year, my older son received notification about merit and honors college the third week in December. The notices came two days apart. He was super high stats, so maybe his was on the early side.

OOS Engineering. Applied 10/23, Complete 10/26. Still waiting but have seen others around the same time admitted over the last several weeks. So 4 to 7+ weeks. Portal hasn’t changed (which seems to happen to many the week their app is reviewed) so we might be waiting another week. Good luck!

My daughter applied in early October. Engineering. Also OOS. She’s still waiting too. I suspect they are looking at some of these kids by department. Some of the engineering fields are very competitive at this school. Good luck.

My OOS D24 app was completed 9/15 as undecided/criminal justice and she is still waiting. It’s interesting to see the dynamic around when schools admit kids. She has gotten into Pitt, UNC Charlotte, Minnesota, Ohio State, and a couple others to the point that I sense Delaware is fading in her mind. The other schools are sending welcome packages and things in the mail, etc… It shouldn’t matter but there’s some interesting psychology in this - at least in my house. Good luck everyone.

Same boat…She was interested in UDel, but now losing interest. Her brother heard last week…no portal changes for her yet…annoyed!
Still waiting over here for nursing decision but applications for that major weren’t due until 12/1 and portal says decisions in Feb for nursing, but hoping at least for mid-Jan! Good luck to everyone!

Received an email tonight from admissions saying admissions staff will be working virtually from Monday, 12/18 - Friday 12/22 at 11am and then not working at all until Tuesday 1/2. Daughter’s portal says merit notification will start by the beginning of the new year, so maybe some merit notifications will possibly trickle out next week?

According to its website, all early action decisions will be released by January 31st.
