This ranking, which used fairly conventional criteria, placed the University of Florida second among public universities:
The nice thing about rankings is that there are so many of them, and most people can find one that they like (meaning, one that ranks their favorite school higher).

A reminder that CC is not a debate society and is supposed to be warm and welcoming.
There are countless other threads to discuss the validity of rankings.
Since this thread is in the UF forum, please move on from disparaging remarks about the university and rankings in general.
