In my haste to respond, I can see now that my first sentence comes across a little harshly, for which I am sorry. My intention was primarily to do damage control as I have witnessed the rapid-fire ripple effect of information on this forum, and I think the whole application process is far too stressful as is.
As you can see, in a measly 3 days, there have been more views on this single thread than any other recent thread on this forum. Sadly, there are many people that get their hopes up when they see new posts go up on a thread with the title that contains the words “results” or “decisions”…it really exacerbates the stress of not knowing.
There are a lot of “regulars” on this forum who do their best to help out with providing information about a school we have a great love for. Some are fond alumni, some are very satisfied parents of happy students, some are actual students (though they pop in less frequently simply due to demands of schoolwork). We all do our best to be a supportive community.
