Well it said Feb. 1 and no one else has gotten back any acceptances (that I know of), so it might just have the set day of coming out on Friday/Saturday.

apparently the checklist box on coalition usually goes away on the day it comes out? but that couldā€™ve been updated since past years, it couldā€™ve been a bug or something and they fixed it. I wouldnā€™t totally lose faith, just check back in at 4:45 or so

I donā€™t think we should put any faith into the ā€œchecklistā€ theory. We also applied to University of Florida and the checklist tab is gone for that school today. They do not release decisions till late February.

@dadof3822 They state their decisions are released by February 1, not on. In previous years since they started using Coalition, this has usually been on the last Friday of January. However this year January has an extra Friday which is the first time this has happened since they started using Coalition, which is why there is a lot of speculation on when decisions could be released. Today and Thursday seem more probable than Friday because if they have technical difficulties on Friday, then they would end up breaking their ā€œby February 1ā€ intent.

Are they released on the Coalition website or a UMD portal or emailed out? My son says there is not an applicant portal. Thanks.
