Yes. My son also had 34 ACT but the acceptance letter didn’t mention merit aid. Don’t know if it would be in that same letter or come separately.
@Mikemargo11 wonder if we just didnt get merit aid or that it is still waiting to be updated…
@ljheatjc Me too. Did you happen to fill out financial aid forms?
@Mikemargo11 no i did not. what about you?
@ljheatjc @Mikemargo11 I’m also waiting to see if I get any merit aid, I filled out my financial aid forms and got 6k in loans.
@queenofwien it’s a separate letter. Go to the message center.
I think a lot of us are waiting for Merit aid… as far as people with qualified stats, we all didn;t apply for financial aid. I think they are still getting around to it. be patient, hopefully something will come online in the next couple of days, otherwise look for it in your mailed acceptance letter. Congrats everyone!
What if I don’t get any financial aid? Can I reapply?
Is the merit aid part of the financial aid letter or a separate letter?
those who applied for HPM, does your HPM confirmation email states that the decision will be notified shortly after the admission decision? Which means that HPM decision should be out soon?
Can someone explain to me why being waitlisted is better than being deferred? It seems like being differed is the better option.
@mileshaley5 being deferred is better. very few were accepted off the waitlist last year whereas deferred students get another chance
Did anyone get an invitation to apply to Lead Miami?
Where do we check our HPM decision? is it in the cane link or we will get notification by mail?
