the ea 2022 and ea 2023 dates matched up and rd 2022 was released a year ago today
Not looking too promising at the moment but with my experience from applying to other schools Iâm used to getting worked up to receive a decision only to have to wait even longer to receive it! The whole college admissions process really taught me the importance of patience loll
I feel like I read somewhere on here that one year the decisions were delayed - maybe a computer glitch? Anyway, itâs possible they aim for this day every year, but thereâs a holdup this time.

Ok, I just looked back and 2020, 2021, and 2022 were all this day: 3/21 or 3/22. 2020 decisions were late in the day, though, like 6-7 PM. It ainât over til itâs over!
I just want to commit to a school already but of course my top 2 schools are the last I hear from lol
for class of 2020, decisions didnt start rolling out until 5:15 pm miami time

one person got a decision at 5:15 pm then there was a huge wave at 6pm
The last few years high school counselors have asked colleges to wait and announce decisions after 3 p.m. west coast time so that students werenât finding out decisions while they are in class. I suppose itâs disruptive and also can be upsetting to see others being admitted right in front of you when youâve just been rejected. Perhaps this is what University of Miami is doingâŠ
My mother & I just called admissions because I am waiting to commit to Miami as soon as I (hopefully) get in and they said decisions are not being released today, but in fact at the end of the month. I am assuming this means next week, probably Thursday or Friday, though I am not positive.

@jf0420 they said that for EA too and then started releasing decisions that dayâŠat this point theyâre just going to keep telling us itâs a later day. hopefully they still come out today
I also believe they are coming out next week because they had a couple thousand more applications this year compared to the previous years, which is expected
Hi everyone, first off I know for a fact decisions will be out by end of day tomorrow at the latest so def not the end of the month. Last year, we all had the green circle mystery. Some of my friends kids had it and some didnât. My D didnât have the Admissions tab on her student center portal until the admission decision was released at the end of the day. I refreshed her portal and all of a sudden the Admissions section showed up below everything else in a new section, her major and a green check mark and the word Admitted. So whether or not you have the green circle donât fret. One friendâs daughter got the green circle this morning and the newly populated Admissions tab with her major but nothing since. Oh and also forget calling admissions. They will tell you what they tell everyone who calls which is âend of the monthâ. My best guess is later today, this evening, the portals will update then tomorrow the emails will go out and the scholarships and financials later.
Hang in there! Youâll all know by tomorrow dinnertime at the latest.
