Hey guys um a little worried bc I donāt think Iāll get in. So can someone please maybe predict my chances?
I live in NJ and my gpa is rlly bad but my sat score is not too bad
So my stats are:
Top 25% percentile of class (IK bad)
3.48 uw and 3.95-4 w
I mean this isnāt rlly an excuse for my grades but the avg sat at my school is like a 1300 I mean itās not great but itās pretyyy high
Um my sat score super score is a 1500 and reg score is a 1480
My extracurriculars arenāt great pretty generic Iām a member of clubs no leadership positions and Iām in nhs and that abt it
Not expecting to go to a good college but would rlly like it if I got in to UMiami!

I applied EA
My stats are 4.4 GPA, 29 ACT, Florida resident have a lot of extra-circulars and varsity athlete for 4 years. Lived overseas in Dubai for my first 2 years of HS. My essays are probably the strongest part of my app. I love the U and kept in contact with the admission counselor that visited my school.

Wait so when does ED desicions come back? I think last year it was on Dec 18th (monday) so if it follows same pattern maybe Dec 17th (monday)?
Iām guessing the 14th or 17th. In past years itās been the second friday or third monday of December.

Miamiās EA notifications are late January/early Februaryā¦ED, is late December

I just called admissions asking if they had a date for ED applicant decisions and they wonāt say when itās going to be released. The waiting is killing me!
