@nymommy when EA decisions come out it will be for all decisions. At least it was like that for the class of 2021.

Does anyone know if merit scholarships will be awarded the same day as decisions will come out? Or will merit scholarships come out later?

@VANYU2021Mom oh i thought it was feb 1 for both 2017 and 2018!! sorry for the confusion. i hope it really is sometime this week. if they continue the feb 1 date this year it’ll be on friday but they might do thursday again! i have no idea but the sooner the better ?

I emailed an admissions counselor and they sent this back to me “We expect to release our Early Action decisions before the end of the month. If not, then very early February.” so I have a feeling it will be this week

sorry for this annoying chance me but UM is my top choice and I am nervous. I have a 91 weighted GPA and a 33 act, I am an eagle scout, and I have 7 varsity letters throughout 4 years in High school. I have had internships every summer and attended pre-college at Carnegie Mellon University I have emailed my UM counselor a lot and went to 3 UM events around Atlanta (where I live) and UM events at my school. The problem is that I screwed up freshman year and made 3 C’s, and I made 1 C first semester my sophomore year. My GPA has been on an upward curve throughout high school and my freshman weighted GPA was an 87, sophomore was a 92, and junior was a 94. I applied EA and my essay is pretty strong I’d like to think so do I have a chance? (again sorry for the annoying chance me lol)

Any internationals here? I know last year UM has sent the admittance package through postal services (either Fedex or UPS, can’t remember) and the international applicants got an e-mail from the courier with the date, which was the same with the date the decisions were released. I was thinking that if the decisions are released Thursday, there should be an e-mail by now.
does that mean that they could maybe be released today or tomorrow? or is thursday and friday more likely? In 2017 it was released on a wednesday and last year on a thursday
