@johnwb , if I were to write a letter to my AO like you recommended, how would you suggest to start it off? I feel like it would be weird to just say something along the lines of “just wanted to let you know what Miami is my top choice blah blah blah”. Do you think that is fine or would you recommend I ask like a question or something to start it off…
@BizBoundMama I agree. I’ve got 1560 SAT and 35 ACT. I think the U assumed I wouldn’t go. I haven’t heard yet. My portal still says “applicant” on status. No email either.

That’s how many openings, but they would have to admit way more to yield 2,100 acceptances. My guess is 10-11,000, but I assume Common Data Set would have this info. Good luck!

@gherbss how long after did u get third letter? so far only acceptance and federal aid letter… the merit and federal weren’t combined?

waiting on potential merit. they said they didn’t have my fafsa in messages but i sent it. so i called and they said they have it. when do invitations to scholarship weekend come out?
