Tip from current parent: Housing prices never go down. Check out what it will cost sophomore year to live in Lakeside Village (donāt be fooled by the āsuiteā priceā¦there are a very small amount of suites and they forget to mention that, so you will most likely be stuck paying the top dollar on the chart). And then check what it will cost junior and senior year to stay on-campus in University Village.
