I think at 12 EST the withdrawal button disappears on release day. And, then at 3 PM EST the release happens.

I was LSA EA and while everyone in the EA forum was saying they signed up I tried and mine didn’t allow me. I was still accepted LSA EA. Now, I am not saying if you cannot sign up you are accepted, but I do not believe you are denied if you cannot.
