My decision tab is still there

Last week everybody was commenting that their decision tabs disappeared. This week is the opposite. Doesn’t bode well for a wave tonight

@amelchd I really don’t think the two are related. The system can lag and glitch at random times for several reasons. They could be preparing the portal for decisions but that could be for today or for a week later. Let us all just hope for the best.
In most weeks with waves there have been at least 5-10 comments about decision tabs disappearing. Based on the fact that that hasn’t happened tonight, I wouldn’t get your hopes up too much. yes it doesn’t have to disappear for you to receive a decision, but usually at least a couple people get disappearing tabs.
@Michiganplz18 exactly what I’m thinking. I’m just trying to prepare myself to lessen the disappointment
I feel like it’s weird that the deferred kids wouldn’t be the first people to find out. We applied back in November and I understand that a ton of people RD applied and that there are people who are super qualified, but it’s been the longest wait for us. Even if they rejected or waitlisted me, I still want to know so I can move on, but I have now been invested in this process for 5 months. I understand they said we would find out by the 1st of April so I’m willing to wait that long; it just seems a tad unreasonable.
Just want to stop by and wish the ones who are still waiting good luck.

To everyone… Start learning and getting excited about your number 2 pick. Look at housing options etc etc. It will give you something to do and also prepare you incase Michigan doesn’t work out. You won’t feel stressed about having to learn and prepare for your new school choice.
Worst case scenario you learn something about a school that you will never attend.

I honestly cannot imagine how you deferred people feel, I applied RD on the deadline, so I have been waiting for about a month and anxiety is killing me!!!
I got accepted to my second choice yesterday! If i get denied from michigan, then I’ll just immediately pay my enrollment fee to my “second” choice
I got rejected from my ED I school ABFM’s Michigan is #2
