Ughhhh I hope they send something!
Hey guys so question. I’m kinda bummed because I got rejected from NW and BC the last 2 days but got WL at UVA OOS. Should I be optimistic about Mich? And is it good to be WL?
waitlists can be incredibly hard to get off of to be completely honest
wave tonight?
@wannaknow2022 Probably not…
Why not?
Because it has been a month and a half since the last wave of acceptances. Therefore, with no one’s tabs disappearing, it is highly unlikely that there will be a wave.
@Kova34… Wait list is better then denial but not by much. Rare to get off but… Send in a letter of interest and move on. On the bright side… A lot if kids that are denied by Northwestern tend to get accepted by Michigan (just an observation).
There were a good amount of CoE acceptances 3 weeks ago
@Knowsstuff thank you. It really helps put my mind at ease that I have a chance at Michigan. Boston College was rough because a close female friend of mine is going there, and I would have liked to follow her and study finance. No idea if im just being an idiot in following a girl though
@Kova34 no not being an idiot just not a good idea. College is a time to make a change and grow. Time to do your own thing. If it’s meant to be you will keep in touch/visit etc. Now is time to concentrate on you.
@mich2022Ihope no, the last wave was 3 weeks ago.
@mich2022Ihope Last big batch of admission was released on 3/2, which was 20 days ago, not month and a half.
I would assume by early april they meant april 6 as latest release. it would only make sense for us to get a wave tonight.
would be kinda crappy of michigan to leave most applicants waiting until the final wave
Have the last two waves only been acceptances? Or also rejections
I don’t think any rejections have been sent out yet
@jackson6 some have. People tweeted about receiving rejections, Umich likely rejected people who they believed had no chance at getting accepted.
@jj1999 are most rejections most likely to come out in this last wave tho
And now everyone goes silent…
