@NWhummingbird 3 months apart is a big exaggeration. It is mostly between early/mid Feb to late March early April. It is mostly within a 2 months period and it may be a week longer this year as they have the first batch on 2/2. So your suggestion would be holding up the first batch till March like other school so all the admission would be notified within a narrow range of time? To me, it is the earlier to release the decision the better. There are students admitted EA or ED and start wearing their upcoming school gears already regardless of the RD admission release schedule. Certainly the baseless speculations in the forum make people even more nervous.
