Did all of you who got defered submit close to the deadline?

@thericeinthehice Yea I submitted mine a couple days before the deadline but I’m OOS.

Deferred… :(

I submitted the evening it was due

@thericeinthehice I submitted literally at 11:59 on the right hour so I’m really hoping that would be the reason!

Praying that no news means good things

It looks like they are sending out deferrals first.

did you guys find out in your emails or portal first?

Deferred, OOS (NJ), 2310 SAT and 3.8 UW GPA

So then, the hypothesis is true that they just deferred those who submit close to the deadline, because I highly doubt that they would defer a 36

I submitted very close to deadline, and I didn’t get a deferral

Deferred OOS (NJ). Valedictorian of class 2350 SAT LOOOOL

deferred… OOS NY 95 GPA, 33 ACT, great extracurriculars, 6 APs

Are all the people getting decisions now CoE.

My stuff always seems to come out at the last minute. First with the ACT, now this…

ACCEPTED! 2330 SAT, 4.0 unweighted GPA. Engineering & out of state!

As a previously deferred student, I just wanted to try and clear up a little confusion. Although I can’t say with any degree of certainty what will happen this year, I hope that it will comfort some of you to know that I was deferred on Friday, December 20th, 2013, but was then accepted on January 31st, 2014. So there is the possibility that you will not have to wait until April to hear back.

4/4 friends with either 34+ ACT or SAT scores 2200+ for the Arts and Sciences. Great grades, great extracurriculars. All deferred.

two people from my school have been accepted, 31 and 33. still waiting on mine in state

Wow! Congratulations!
